Circle of Security Parenting Program

The aim of this program is to give you the tools to meet your child’s emotional needs and become more aligned and connected to your child. This is done using attachment therapy techniques to help you create a secure and healthy attachment between you and your child. This may help ensure your child grows up avoiding issues such as co-dependency, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, depression and more.

Over 5 x 2 hour online group sessions we will cover the following 8 modules:

  2. Exploring Our Children’s Needs All The Way Around the Circle
  3. 'Being With' on the Circle
  4. 'Being With' Infants on the Circle
