The Engaging Adolescents Program is a practical and empowering workshop designed for parents and caregivers of teens aged 12-18.
This evidence-based program provides tools to confidently navigate the challenges of parenting during the teenage years.
Participants will learn effective communication strategies, how to set boundaries while maintaining a positive connection, and ways to handle common issues like defiance, risk-taking, and emotional outbursts.
Online Group Sessions: 2 sessions, 2.5 Hours Each
